Tamariki Ora (Well Child Service) – Our nurses visit whānau at home from birth to 4 years, checking your child’s growth, development, and overall health. We support immunisations, safe sleep, smoke-free living, breastfeeding, and healthy nutrition, ensuring tamariki get the best start in life.

Mana Kidz – Delivered in Papakura schools, this programme provides daily health checks for tamariki, including throat swabs, skin checks, and follow-up care. Our team works alongside kaiārahi and teachers to keep children healthy and ready to learn.

Vaccination Services – Free immunisations are available for tamariki, rangatahi, and adults. Vaccines can be given at our Marae Wellness Hub, during outreach clinics, or in the comfort of your own home by appointment.

Oranga Ki Tua – This service supports whānau living with or at risk of long-term conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and respiratory illness. Our team provides education, health checks, and personalised plans to help whānau manage and improve their wellbeing.

Health Improvement Services – A flexible programme offering one-on-one support for whānau wanting to improve general wellbeing. We provide guidance around mental health, addiction, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.

Te Kotuinga Hauora (Life Coaching) – A coaching service designed to help whānau set and reach their health and fitness goals. Whether it’s building healthy routines, increasing physical activity, or finding motivation, we walk alongside you to create lasting change.

Collective Impact (Healthy Lifestyles) – A whānau-focused programme encouraging healthier habits through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle education. We support whānau to learn, set goals, and make changes together for long-term wellbeing.
Social Services

Rangitamiro (formerly Whānau Ora) – A whānau-led service where families set their own goals in areas like education, employment, housing, health, and wellbeing. Life coaches provide wraparound support, advocacy, and encouragement to help whānau achieve their aspirations.

Family Start – A parenting support service from pregnancy until a child turns 3 years old. Our kaimahi visit whānau regularly to strengthen parenting skills, build confidence, and ensure tamariki grow up safe, healthy, and ready to learn.

Whānau Social Services – For whānau facing complex challenges such as addiction, court involvement, or family harm, this service provides intensive, long-term support. Our team walks alongside families to strengthen resilience and restore wellbeing.

Housing Support – We assist whānau in finding safe and stable housing, whether renting or applying for housing support. Guidance includes budgeting, tenancy advice, and advocacy with landlords or agencies.

Education & Employment – Programmes designed to support whānau into study, training, or work. This includes help with driver licensing, career pathways, school re-engagement, and connecting rangatahi with opportunities.

Community Connector – A frontline service that links whānau with the right supports and services in the community. We help with practical needs, referrals, and making connections that strengthen whānau wellbeing.

Food Bank – Providing kai parcels and essential household supplies for whānau experiencing hardship. This support ensures families have immediate relief while we also connect them with longer-term solutions.

Te Pae Oranga – A community-led alternative to court for low-level offences. Whānau meet with a community panel to take accountability, repair harm, and plan positive steps forward.

Te Kooti Rangatahi – A culturally supported Youth Court held on marae, involving kaumātua, rangatahi, and whānau. This approach upholds tikanga and supports young people to reconnect and move towards better outcomes.
Mental Health & Wellbeing

Te Kaupapa – A healing programme that blends clinical support with traditional Māori practices such as rongoā, taonga pūoro, and mindfulness. It offers a holistic approach to strengthen mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing.

Whānau Resilience – One-on-one support for whānau impacted by family harm, with a focus on healing, rebuilding trust, and developing strength. We walk alongside whānau to create safe and positive futures.

MDCAT (Cross-Agency Team) – An immediate response service to family harm incidents, working alongside Police, MSD, Oranga Tamariki, and Kāinga Ora. Whānau receive rapid support, safety planning, and follow-up care.

FASD Navigator – A specialist service supporting tamariki and rangatahi (birth to 24 years) living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. We help whānau understand FASD, access the right services, and develop strategies to support learning and development.

Fast Track – A programme for rangatahi at risk of entering the justice system. We provide mentoring, positive role models, and pathways into education or employment, helping young people find new direction.

Flood Resilience – Practical and ongoing support for whānau affected by the 2023 floods. We help with recovery needs, housing, and connections to further services while strengthening community resilience.

Jupl Safety Watches – Personal safety devices worn on the wrist, directly linked to Police and support services. These watches provide added safety and peace of mind for whānau at risk of family harm.

Nga Tini Whetu (Māmā & Pēpē Workshops) – Group workshops that nurture māmā and pēpē in the early years. Focus areas include parenting skills, bonding, health, and building strong support networks.
