Whanau will need to call between 9am - 11am to complete an assessment over the phone. You will be required to give identifying information, income and expenses and reason for applying. You will need to provide ID upon pick up, this can be birth cert, passport, licence, 18+, community service card, gold card. You may also be asked to provide a copy of winz decline letter, bank statement, budget report, receipts/bill payments.
Whanau will need to pick up their food parcel anytime between 1pm - 3pm. You will need to present ID upon pick up.
